Our first visit to you will involve a discussion about your exact requirements and we will take some initial measurements to allow us to produce a detailed quotation for you.
We use specialist software to provide you a detailed quote that will allow you to visualise how your new windows or doors will look. The quote will include the total cost of installation, materials and we will provide an estimated lead time.
If you are happy with your quote we can work out a time that suits you to complete the installation.
Final measurements and home visit will take place approximately 5 weeks before your installation date, this will give you time to think of any changes that you wish to make before we proceed with the manufacture of your doors or windows.
We will be in touch with you before your installation date to make sure everything is okay and allow you to ask us any last minute questions about your install. At the start of the installation our team will be on site and discuss your installation plan, complete the installation process and tidy up after ourselves.
After your installation is complete and you are fully satisfied a care package will be provided that will allow you to make the most of your new windows or doors. All our windows and doors come with a 10 year manufacturers guarantee.
If you require further peace of mind we offer an optional insurance backed guarantee that will cover your installation in the unlikely event that anything untowards happens to us.
